We have been a customer since 1952, when my parents purchased the house, and we have been extremely happy with the excellent and caring service CEG has provided over the years. Each individual we have dealt with in service, billing, etc. has been wonderful. I can tell you how many times your servicemen have come to the house when they said they would, performed all necessary repairs, and then left our basement and equipment clean and neat. I am truly sorry to be moving out of state...that I can’t bring Consumers Energy with me. I am referring CEG to the new buyers of the house, I hope they have the sense to stay with you.
